Berthon Boat Company Ltd was recently awarded the title of Medium Employer of the Year at the 2009 Apprenticeship Awards. Opposite is a presentation showing what Berthon can offer new Apprentices. Berthon has opportunities for motivated young persons to join our apprenticeship program. You will receive on the job experience working on prestige private and commercial vessels coupled with City & Guilds and NVQ qualifications provided with the support of our training provider. If you feel you have the enthusiasm, drive and commitment to complete a 4 year apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to 'Earn as you Learn' in a top quality environment.
