  • ANNUAL BERTHS: From April 1st 2017
    PRICES ARE LENGTH OVER ALL (LOA) as defined below*, per foot (per metre in brackets)

    Footage for annual berths will be payable in advance on Length Overall* of the yacht (to be measured on arrival) with a minimum length charged of 25ft (7.6m).

    *Length Overall (LOA) means the length of the vessel including all extensions such as tenders, dinghies in davits, bowsprits, bumpkins, anchors, pulpits, bathing platforms etc. Fractions of a foot measuring below 6" will be rounded down to the nearest whole foot and fractions of a foot measuring 6" and above will be rounded up to the nearest whole foot.

    All annual berths are subject to payment by direct debit.

  • CASUAL BERTHS FROM APRIL 1st 2017:
    PRICES ARE LENGTH OVER ALL (LOA) as defined below*, per foot (per metre in brackets)
    High Season (April 1st - Oct 31st) £5.95 (£19.52) per week ex VAT
    £7.14 (£23.42) per week inc VAT
    Low Season (Nov 1st 2016 – March 31st 2017)£3.50 (£11.48) per week ex VAT
    £4.20 (£13.78) per week inc VAT
    Where boats are connected to electricity, the Long Term Casual rate will only apply if a meter is installed and read by the Dockmasters at the outset. Otherwise the Overnight Visitor rate will be charged.
    Footage for casual berthing is calculated on Length Overall* of the yacht and payable monthly in arrears for long-term casual berthing or prior to departure whichever is sooner.

    Length Overall (loa) means the length of the vessel including all extensions such as tenders, dinghies in davits, bowsprits, bumpkins, anchors, pulpits, bathing platforms etc. Fractions of a foot measuring below 6" will be rounded down to the nearest whole foot and fractions of a foot measuring 6" and above will be rounded up to the nearest whole foot.

    LTC berths are subject to payment by direct debit

  • OVERNIGHT VISITOR:
