Farr 60 Pilothouse SWEET CHARIOT has to be one of the coolest 60ft bluewater cruisers out there. When you say Farr the yachts that most commonly spring to mind are fast open wet racing yachts. SWEET CHARIOT ticks the fast box, with gusto, but that is where the similarities end. She is a luxurious good-looking cruising yacht that is packaged together with an impressive looking interior/internal specification.

Built by the ever-impressive Najad, in their yard in Sweden, her build quality speaks for itself. During the build process, the owner made some clever alterations that make her stand out from her sisters.
Watch the movie here –
Starting on deck, she has an impressive hardtop with sides and windscreen over the cockpit, which allows watches to be taken in safety, comfort and warmth. She has a brand new teak deck, installed in the West Country during the summer of 2018.
Below decks her galley is raised which incorporates it more into the saloon. She does not have a chart table but instead two comfortable armchairs. Her saloon is amazingly light, bright and airy with an impressive saloon table. Her guest accommodation is up forward with two well-sized en-suite guest cabins.
Through the port heads you discover the cavernous fore peak which a rather impressive work room. Her owner’s suite is back aft and it genuinely enormous. Another adaptation the owner made was turning the orientation of the huge king-sized bed, meaning you can lie in bed and look out through the aft portholes. The next wow factor on board has to be the master cabin en-suite, which not only has a shower but also an ergonomically designed bath!
SWEET CHARIOT really does have the capability for serious and extensive bluewater cruising. She has been continually upgraded and refitted throughout her life.
She has been with her current owner from build and it is with much sadness that they now part ways. However, it is now time for a new owner to take her reigns.
