CMB are not a household name in boat-building as per, say, Fleming, Grand Banks or Marlow. However their reputation is growing and this Antalya-based Turkish company, founded in 2007, now produce a range of super-yachts, with their popular 47 metre yacht having been designed in collaboration with Espen Oeino.
NESRIN HANIM is very competitively price for a heavily-built (28 ton) yacht of her ilk. With a full-beam Master cabin, saloon deck galley, fairly conventional three-cabin layout, reliable Yanmar machinery and a full complement of Simrad navigational kit, she is ready to put to sea.
We note that she is not currently RCD categorised (her location does not require this), so this should be taken into account, and her Owner is happy to discuss this with any interested parties.
This is a very stable and reliable boat. I owned it starting June 2018. I have been using it to host my business guests in Istanbul. A typical day the boat is used consists of me having 10 guests over to have lunch together and cruise around Istanbul and it’s Islands for 3-4 hours. I never had any guests or myself stay in the boat. I only had my crew stay and keep it maintained for me. I have a captain and a seaman who take care of it daily. So the buyer should keep in mind that this is a turn key ready boat. I am selling it because the economy hasn’t been well in Turkey for the past year.
