This is a stunningly well-presented 2015 example of the ever-versatile NC 11. Twin 200HP Volvo provide the grunt, with thirty knots on taps and very economical running – we have real-world figures and also the press readings (inserted below).
Her accommodation is very clever – with a saloon table converting to an occasional double berth – and the seat making a hinged double navigator’s bench. There is hinge storage volume throughout – with two large lockers beneath the saloon flooring, and a roomy lazarette under the aft cockpit sole. Even the seating in the aft cockpit slides to increase space in the cockpit, and of course doubles as a stowage locker – with two access hatches.
The galley is kept at saloon level – with a linear sideboard housing hob, sink and oven – and the skipper has a deck access door directly onto the port side deck. Twin this with an electric opening roof (can be kept shaded, or opened for more light, sliding, sectioned aft bulkhead doors, and panoramic windows all around, and you have an impressively light, comfortable interior. Typically neat mouldings to the forward double cabins (the starboard double can make two singles also), and heads/shower, carcass yet more useful storage and each cabin has a hanging locker.
Full service history is available, and the boat is in exceptional condition for her age, with a very experienced local yachtsman owning her from new.
