These evergreen aft cabin cruising yachts are rare to the market, enjoying long lives as floating homes from the Mediterranean to the South Coast UK. Now in only her third Ownership, Lydia ‘M’ was ordered with the larger 660hp Caterpillar power-train option, and her motors are now nearing 2000 hours of reliable service. This layout has the full-beam master suite at the same level as the aft galley, with plenty of light, ventilation and vast amounts of storage for crew kit – one of the reasons why these boats are so well–suited to longer periods of time spent on board. The Sunliner branding indicates that she has the heavier, monocoqued aft overhang behind the flybridge, which gives a lot more area to the fly deck, and superb protection and shade to the teak-laid aft deck. The whole area can be enclosed with canvas, or left open if conditions favour, with easy access to the bathing platform and both side decks. A large powered davit crane on the upper boat-deck assist easy launch and recovery of her tender.
A very well-maintained and comfortable live aboard luxury motor cruiser, fully-equipped for extended Med. cruising. We have owned Lydia ‘M’ since 2009 and after taking her down to the Med. in 2010 we have cruised for approximately 6 months each year and have explored the Med. from Spain through to the superb cruising coasts of Turkey and the Greek Dodecanese Islands.
Lydia ‘M’ is reluctantly for sale due to my advancing years and will be sold with all equipment required to step aboard and sail away, including a comprehensive tool kit and extensive spare parts.
