As the flagship of the Trader range, the 64 Sunliner was a major step forward by Tony Castro – producing a very soft-riding semi-displacement hull, with great capability in mixed weather, and a super-spacious interior. As a longer-term cruising motor-yacht the 64 is hard to fault, with a superb aft cabin, huge storage capacity, big ship systems and a superb machinery room.
“I’ve owned Kuna from new and have travelled all over the Med, including a 4,000 mile trip round the Aegean. In all that time she hasn’t missed a beat and I’ve come to totally depend on her ability to handle any weather or sea conditions. The quality of the systems and fittings are superb and I shall be very sad to see her go.
Having travelled all over the Mediterranean I am now buying a new boat suitable for travelling the inland waterways of Europe and plan to spend the next five years doing that. It’s a shame Kuna won’t fit under the canal bridges!”
