Berthon is looking for an electronics sales manager: an energetic individual with the confidence to sell Raymarine, Garmin, Icom, KVH, Simrad and B&G, plus Mastervolt and Victron. The successful candidate will support existing yacht customers, as well as expand the client list. They will work alongside other project managers on larger refits, to make sure the electrical/ electronic projects run on time and within budget, and ideally be able to perform a wider role within the Yacht Maintenance & Repair team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with manufacturers regarding hardware specifications
- Generating new leads and sales.
- Forecasting sales.
- Viewing boats to draw up technical specifications.
- Following up enquiries from customers.
- Quoting to customers.
- Obtaining signed orders & deposit payments.
- Liaising with project managers on orders and schedules of work.
- Costing labour and materials
- Managing labour & materials for all electronics installation jobs / coordinating with purchasing department.
- Set up and calibration of new equipment.
- Familiarisation of new equipment with owner ensuring user-product knowledge.
- Invoicing & the collection of payment.
- After-sales support.
